Bo.lan Ad HocBo.lan Ad Hoc is based on our signature “Bo.lan Balance” tasting menu designed by Chef’s Dylan & Bo with the core philosophy being Balance. Flavor, texture, seasonality and the climate are all balanced, considered, connected and reflected in the meal.
Bo.lan offers 3 to 5 service per month only both lunch and dinner and limited to 12 people per service.
Dietary requirement will be considered and catered to the best of our ability whilst maintaining culinary heritage. In order to allow us to carter to dietary needs we require that you to inform us of any dietary restrictions 3 days prior to the booking date.
Lunch from 12:30 with the last order at 14:00
Dinner from 18:30 with the last order at 20:30
